Description of MVR evaporators:
MVR means mechanical vapor recompression,which is different from common single-effect or multi-effect falling film evaporator. MVR is a single evaporator, which integrates multiple-effect falling film evaporator. It evaporates in stages according to the concentration of products required. That is, when the product can not reach the required concentration after the first pass , the product passes through the vacuum at the lower part of the effector with pump.Finally it achieves the desired concentration through the effector repeatedly. The technology is applied to chemical, pharmaceutical, paper-making, sewage treatment, seawater desalination and other industries.

Features of MVR evaporators:
1. Consists of heating chamber, evaporation chamber, compressor/fan, condenser, cooler, receiving tank, conveying pump and control cabinet.
2.Suitable for evaporation, crystallization and evaporation at low temperature.
