Feature of Alcohol heavy equipment:
Alcohol precipitation tank consists of additional jacket and insulation layer, upper standard elliptical head, lower conical head, tank top with mixing device, CIP cleaning ball and supernatant adopting device.
Multiply heating or cooling mode can be chosen: full jacket / coil / Miller plate / inner tube.
According to technological requirements,concentrated liquid and alcohol with respective proportions are mixed and stirred with frozen brine or cooling water. Once temperature of the feed liquid reached to which level is required, the stirring stop but the frozen brine or cooling water is continued to be poured into the jacket to stable temperature. When the precipitation section is completed, the supernatant discharging valve is opened and the supernatant is pumped out by self-priming pump. Because of the inner floating ball discharger, the float ball drops gradually along with liquid level. Once exhausted,the float ball does not drop on the surface of the sediment, and the discharger stops automatically discharge the sediment. According to the different precipitating materials, the bottom butterfly valve can be opened first to release the thinner. For some sediments (such as starch) may be agglomerated, resulting in unobstructed slag production. Heating steam can be introduced into the sediment to soften it, and the slag can be discharged.
